I just joined a Illinois river facebook page and there were notices that either weds. or thurs. 178 and the park may be closed for blasting of the old bridge over the river.Sorry that's all the info I've got just passing it on.

lots of good info on that page for someone that just started fishing the river (like me). Although I'm more Morris and Ottawa. Captain Mike always posts reports and pictures of his client's success. Great resource for sure.
