Hoping there might be a guide out there that matches up lures with the proper replacement hooks.

Replaced the hooks on some flicker shad and thought I had matched up sizes correctly but seems every manufacturer seems to have a slightly different idea what a size X hook should be.

I don't think I would follow them and use your best judgement. I once did a change on some cabela's floating minnow stick baits with larger rear hooks and for the last 8 years it's been the best bait on the water up on Nokomis lake in Wisconsin. Dang shame they don't make the bait any longer.

The larger rear hook changed the action into a much better lure. :winker
